• Support in the organization and execution of round tables as well as commercial sponsorship activities, particularly in connection with contract processes
• Creation of purchase requisitions (POs) for speaker honoraria and sponsorship activities

• Marketing & Sales controlling management including Actuals, Forecast, Budget, variance analysis, month-end closing, and reconciliations
• Handling key finance processes such as intercompany billing, POs, cost centres, and invoice approvals

• Primary adviser on sales force effectiveness topics
• Segmentation and targeting cycles ownership
• Customer universe and route-to-market updates
• Sales incentive plan design and governance including target setting, rules, settlement and performance monitoring
• Key sales tools administration and adoption

• Coordination and streamlining of the end-to-end approval process for European Variable Marketing proposals
