• Identification, development, and implementation of new automation scenarios in marketing automation/CRM application. 

• Partner with DME CSMs to validate discovery session outcomes and uncover potential use cases.
• Define customer workshop agendas, customize demos with customer assets, and follow up to confirm engagement roadmaps.

Lead end-to-end design from discovery to high-fidelity execution and developer handoff. Evolve and maintain our design system in Figma, including components, patterns, and documentation.
