• Sie gestalten, planen und koordinieren Events, kümmern sich um die Nachbereitung und faszinieren unsere Kunden mit perfekter Rundumbetreuung vor, während und nach dem Event
• Sie erstellen die Function-Sheets und kooredinieren alle Schnittstellen für einen reibungslosen Ablauf

• Du hast eine Berufslehre in der Hotellerie /Gastronomie oder eine Hotelfachschule abgeschlossen
• Du kannst 1-2 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Veranstaltungsverkauf oder Event Management vorweisen
• Du hast Berufserfahrung im Bereich F&B Operations und/oder Veranstaltungsverkauf

• Verkauf und Vermarktung von Seminaren und Veranstaltungen
• Erstellung individueller Offerten sowie Verträge
• Persönliche Betreuung der Kundinnen und Kunden von der Anfrage bis zur Nachbearbeitung
• Koordination mit internen Abteilungen für einen reibungslosen Ablauf

• Entgegennahme, Qualifizierung, Koordination und Bearbeitung von Anfragen im Business- und Social-Eventbereich
• Erstellen von Offerten, Rechnungen sowie Statistiken, Reports und Analysen
• Ansprechperson vor Ort bei Veranstaltungen und Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Ablaufs
