• Plan, organize, and execute hospitality programs and brand activations for VIP clients, partners, and press at key events worldwide.
• Manage all operational aspects: invitations, travel and accommodation logistics, transfers, on-site hosting, and program coordination.

• Responsibility for the product management activities of the YpsoPump product
• Responsibility for the global roll-out of products in collaboration with the International Product Manager and the country organizations

• Develop and execute commercial in-store events for our Brands to drive sales and customer traffic.
• Manage the full event cycle from concept to logistics, on-site execution, and post-analysis.
• Identify and build collaborations and sponsorships with strong commercial and visibility impact.

• Support the launch and operational follow-up of commercial projects and campaigns.
• Manage the lead flow from marketing to sales in the CRM, including partners and cross-sales.

• Managing and drafting correspondence with external partners, including confidential information
• Planning, preparing and following up on meetings and projects
• Organising and managing staff travel schedules including meetings at conferences
• Preparing agendas for and taking minutes of management meetings
