MISSION : As a Marketing and Digital Project Coordinator, you will report jointly to the Digital Transformation Department (50%) and to the Communication, Marketing, Media, and CSR Department (50%) of the UCI. • Assist in drafting press releases and coordinate translation process.
• Liaise with media (interviews, shootings) and nurture relationships with journalists.
• Support preparation of press presentations, launches, conferences, etc.

• Provide administrative and logistical support for EULAR’s sponsorship and exhibition operations.
• Communicate with industry partners and follow up on requests.
• Design 2D exhibition layouts and venue plans using AutoCAD, based on provided specifications.
