• You actively contribute to the implementation of structured “Voice of the Customer (VoC)- initiatives, such as the global NPS survey
• Among your responsibilities is the independent creation of global VoC training materials

• Developing strategies and tactics to support sales activity and deliver qualified leads for EMENA region
• support coordinating internal and external events for the region
• Leading creation, development, delivery and implementation of successful marketing plans across the EMENA region

• Provide high-level administrative support to the Marketing Director and the department, including complex calendar management, scheduling, and travel coordination.
• Prepare materials for key meetings, including agendas, ​coordinating presentations (PowerPoint/Google Slides), and reports.

• Maintain strong internal relationships with sales & product teams to ensure marketing plans are supported internally, commercial, relevant and aligned to local & regional sales and marketing objectives
• Cooperate with sales & product teams to sell in new product, concepts & campaigns

• Establish a unified brand voice across all ALSO corporate channels.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive corporate PR and communications strategy.
• Strengthen ALSO's visibility and credibility through strategic media engagement.
• Support internal communications and employee engagement.
