• Develop and implement country-level marketing strategies aligned with global brand direction.
• Plan and execute marketing activities across the full mix (campaigns, content, digital, PR, events).
• Drive local lead generation and demand creation to support sales pipeline growth.

• Act as the MarCom AI enthusiast: introduce, test, and scale AI tools and workflows to improve strategy development, creative quality, efficiency and insights
• Serve as the bridge between Marketing, Creation and external partners on AI-enabled processes

• Build and expand the ecosystem partner network in the region to deliver system-level solutions incorporating flash products.
• Research regional market trends, customer applications, and emerging technologies to identify focus segments and growth opportunities.
• Conduct competitor analysis.

• Plan, organize, and execute regional trade shows, exhibitions, seminars and customer events etc. with full ownership of timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
• Manage vendors, agencies, and logistics partners to ensure seamless execution, cost efficiency, and brand consistency.
