Reporting to the After-Sales Services Customer Service Senior Manager, you ensure consistent After-Sales Services pricing and contribute to the development of commercial communications. • Provide organizational and administrative support to the Senior Commercial Director in daily operations
• Coordinate appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
• Manage communication with internal and external stakeholders, especially healthcare professionals (HCPs)

• Provide dedicated support to our customers and present market-oriented concepts with confidence and clarity
• Take full ownership of all international sales and marketing activities across the African region

• Assistant Product Management & Marketing: Participation in marketing campaigns and product launches
• Support in Sales Management and development of new international markets
• Product related Customer Support for international customers & Product Training
