• Own, maintain, and further develop the Group Card reporting and analytics system
• Build automated, group-level reporting tools and shape the development of underlying data models
• Support sales and pricing teams with market‑specific reports and deep‑dive analyses

• Create and continuously maintain optical product master data in the SAP system
• Execute new product introductions (creation, testing, coordination with relevant departments, go-live)
• Prepare and implement price changes

• Plan, build, and scale PPC campaigns primarily in Google Ads (Search, PMax, Display, Demand Gen, YouTube), and manage additional platforms (Meta, Microsoft Ads, TikTok).
• Structure accounts, bidding strategies, audiences, and feed-based campaigns aligned with business goals.

• Develop and maintain the Group Card reporting and analytics system
• Build automated, consolidated reporting tools and support the development of the Group fuel card data model
• Introduce advanced analytics and data‑mining practices to support decision making

• You’ll be responsible for SEO for the Hungarian website - from on-page to off-page and basic technical improvements.
• Together with the content team, you’ll come up with ways to deliver relevant and useful content to users.

• Plan, execute and optimize integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels to drive brand awareness and sales growth.
• Manage and optimize TikTok Shop & Amazon Marketplaces, including product listings, promotional campaigns, affiliate collaborations, and performance tracking.

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in a marketing role, experience in the food or hospitality industry is a plus.
• Proven track record of successfully developing and executing offline marketing campaigns.

• Responsible for trade marketing activities in dedicated accounts
• Developing, executing, and evaluating tailor made promotions
• Analyze and present channel specific and named chain (ACNielsen) data to key account management in coffee & tea categories monthly

• Coordinating and implementing the local marketing activities to launch new stores
• Adapting and implementing promotional calendar
• Delivering promotional materials to Clients and stores  (leaflet, seasonal POSM, window campaign)
• Evaluating the effectiveness of the promo campaigns

• Create and manage social media post copy based on the agreed content calendar and ad‑hoc requests from Business Partners.
• Collaborate closely with Business Partners to validate content, refine messaging, and adjust posts to current business needs.

• Oversight and maintenance of assigned automation processes and campaigns, ongoing monitoring and optimization of results, with a focus on e-mail campaigns. 
• Identification, development, and implementation of new automation scenarios in marketing automation/CRM application. 

• Acquire new B2B partners for ORLEN’s fuel card solutions
• Identify new business opportunities and potential markets
• Build and manage your own sales funnel
• Manage and grow an existing client portfolio
• Increase customer satisfaction with tailored proposals

• Drives sales and market share growth with a direct effort to attain or exceed annual and quarterly sales and profit.
• Analyze market and sales data and identify opportunities for continuous development of the business.
• Manages sales and promotion expenses according to the target.
