• As a Performance Marketing Manager (f/m/d)*, you will be responsible for our performance marketing activities in the italian market.
• The conception, management and optimization of campaigns will be in your hands.

• Plan, organize, and execute regional trade shows, exhibitions, seminars and customer events etc. with full ownership of timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
• Manage vendors, agencies, and logistics partners to ensure seamless execution, cost efficiency, and brand consistency.

• End-to-end responsible for the product category (Portfolio), collection of product data, and implementation of it accordingly into the portfolio;
• Development of local product strategy for the owned category and steering the sales department based on the strategy;

• Working closely with European Sales and FAE team, understand customer requirements and propose the right product offering from Vishay's Temperature sensing and Circuit protection portfolio.
• Supported by an international team of technical experts, design-in custom products when necessary

• Contributing creative ideas and visual concepts to enhance Sysmex's storytelling across the EMEA region
• Planning and executing video productions end-to-end including product marketing videos, social media content, documentaries, testimonials, event coverage, and explainer formats

• To translate product ideas into wireframes and prototypes using Figma
• To design polished UI solutions that go live as part of our agile sprints
• To ship user-centric solutions you will collaborate closely with Product Managers and Developers

• Manage content and brochure publications for your assigned customer portfolio
• Ensure the online content we publish meets high-quality standards
• Regularly communicate with our customers via email or calls
• Collaborate closely with other teams, including Campaign, Sales, and Product

• Set up, manage, and optimize display campaigns on Programmatic Advertising Platforms (DV360, Trade Desk, etc), Native platforms (Taboola, Outbrain, Criteo, etc), and GDN, including retargeting strategies.
• Ideate and brief creative concepts, collaborating with design to produce engaging ad assets.
