• Client Management: Act as the first point of contact for clients regarding digital communication strategies and operational processes.
• Strategic Planning: Provide ongoing consultation and develop campaign strategies together with the Digital Planning Lead.

• Define and execute the growth strategy and OKRs for our “Demand & Conversion” unit to meet ambitious revenue goals.
• Foster omnichannel alignment across marketing, product, and app experiences to create a seamless and rewarding user journey.

• Overall responsibility for day-to-day A&R across Europe (publishing creative, team leadership, signings, artist development).
• Identify, sign and develop talent — from emerging producers to established acts — in electronic & dance.

• Develop and execute the marketing strategy in alignment with BD goals; directly reporting to the Global Head of Marketing and BD.
• Lead Generation: Plan and optimize digital campaigns (LinkedIn, email and paid media) and drive lead nurturing with BD.
