• Develop and lead the end-to-end marketing strategy for the digital bank, covering awareness, acquisition, engagement, loyalty, and retention
• Develop and lead the marketing function governance framework
• Own brand positioning, digital campaigns, media strategy, and creative direction

• Working closely with European Sales and FAE team, understand customer requirements and propose the right product offering from Vishay's Temperature sensing and Circuit protection portfolio.
• Supported by an international team of technical experts, design-in custom products when necessary

Support the transition to the New Consumer Journey Operating Model by driving the rollout of updated strategies and ways of working & ensuring the new operating model is defined, tested, and embedded successfully with clear roles, responsibilities, and organizational alignment...

• You own and operate all onsite content for food, non-food, and restaurants across homepage, campaigns, static pages, retail media, and landing pages in three languages.
• You manage CMS operations and workflows in collaboration with external content specialists.
