• Prepare and manage offers, contracts and commercial agreements
• Handle order processing, invoicing, and export documentation
• Maintain and update CRM and ERP systems, including master data management
• Communicate with customers and distributors to support the sales team (written and verbal)

• Support daily warehouse and logistics processes (receiving, sorting, preparing packaging and equipment)
• Assist with order picking, packing, and documentation
• Help keep processes efficient, structured, and transparent
• Contribute to smooth handovers between logistics and operations teams

• Manage operational damage handling for Central Europe
• Communicate with internal and external parties
• Optimize the wagon availability for the customer
• Monitor and manage damages for en route repairs (including material requests/orders, cause of damage and reporting of serious damages to Management team)

Perform aircraft material receiving, inspection, and system booking in accordance with EASA Part-145 and internal quality procedures, ensuring correct documentation...

• Receiving and controlling of incoming finished products, returned goods, complaints, RAW materials, and standard deliveries.
• Preparing customers’ daily orders by processing picking and packing of the goods.
• Dispatching the picked goods
• Entering data into the ERP system
