• Collaboration on S1 and S2 work, including work with virus-containing material after appropriate training
• Cultivation and handling of cells, including work on a larger scale up to 25L (working with various bioreactor systems)

Performing wet chemical, instrumental, or bioanalytical methodsfor in-process controls, release and stability testing for raw and starting materials, intermediates, as well as consumables and packaging materials according to test instructions/protocols...

• Internal coordination of laboratory samples and scheduling of tests
• Proactive monitoring and communication of timelines and delays in laboratory testing in coordination with laboratory management

• Timely commissioning and qualification of laboratory equipment
• Independent commissioning of equipment, including handling repairs and accompanying external service providers
• Assigning, handing over, and returning laboratory equipment to internal customers and external services

• Carry out all sterile laboratory work steps in connection with the production of double haploid lines by using different tissue culture procedures
• Support the preparation of the plant material for ploidy analysis
• Take part in double haploid production related glasshouse activities (such as harvest)
