• Previous experience in a similar role in the catering or hospitality industry
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Proficient in reservation management systems
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

• Design, configure and administer Jira Software and Jira Service Management for multiple business units
• Implement and optimise ITSM and non-IT processes in JSM (e.g. HR, Finance, Facilities, Compliance)

• Own the support, enhancement and continuous improvement of Employee Central and selected SuccessFactors modules across Europe
• Manage support requests via the ticketing system, including analysis, troubleshooting and independent resolution of incidents

• Support the organisation, preparation, and follow up on Board and Committee meetings, including drafting and maintaining accurate minutes.
• Ensure timely provision of high-quality materials to support effective decision-making
