Lead the end-to-end implementation and enhancement projects for SAP Financial Accounting & Controlling (SAP FI/CO) modules including gathering requirements, configuration, creating test conditions, UAT, training materials and implementation....

• Develop and maintain key HR metrics to monitor workforce trends, productivity, and compliance
• Use data analytics to support HR strategy and operational decision-making
• Translate data into clear, actionable insights for HR and business stakeholders

Taking responsibility: Collaboration and further development of processes and tools from Enterprise Architecture Management (e.g., in LeanIX, ServiceNow, BIC Process Design)...

Support the Global OSH Function by maintaining and developing OSH data models, systems, and applications, including data management, GDPR compliance, BI dashboards, reporting, and AI initiatives....

• Support the preparation of project/programme budgets and consolidating resource plans;
• Managing project/programme fund commitments, performing budget implementation and year-end closure exercises;

• Daily monitoring of capital measures such as VaR, stressed VaR and IRC as well as monthly / weekly SBM measures.
• Contribution to the Risk Identification process and regular reviews of portfolio level limit utilisation (VaR, group level limits, Banking Book exposures, Climate Risk).

• In this position you will be taking charge of overseeing business and financials of the cost saving measures put forward by your team.
• Through understanding of the financial background of these changes you will play an important role in determining the progress of these measures.

• Assess the effectiveness of internal controls, risk management, and governance processes.
• Prepare detailed audit reports with findings, recommendations, and management responses.

Complete the monthly reporting requirements in SAP and OneStream independently, be comfortable in explaining financial information, resolving issues and answering Group Reporting queries. Ensure that general ledger information accurately reflects financial position....
