• Beratung unserer Gäste und Unterstützung bei der Auswahl des perfekten Speisen- und Getränkeangebots
• Verantwortung für gepflegte, einladende gastronomische Bereiche

• Verantwortung für den reibungslosen Ablauf während der Nacht
• Check-in und Check-out sowie Betreuung unserer internationalen Gäste
• Überwachung der Sicherheitsstandards im gesamten Hotel
• Erstellung von Tagesabschlüssen und Durchführung administrativer Aufgaben

• Dienstzeit 15 Uhr bis 23 Uhr
• Durchführung von Check-in und Check-out ( Rezeptionsdienst )
• Büro- und Reservierungstätigkeiten im Back Office
• Informationsweitergabe wichtiger Gäste- und Buchungsangelegenheiten
• Kommunikationsschnittstelle zwischen den Abteilungen

• Manage all reservation channels (PMS, IBE, GDS, OTAs, email, phone, wholesalers, corporate and group requests).
• Ensure response time standards and high reservation accuracy.
• Maintain PMS integrity, rate codes, availability, deposits, and billing instructions.
