• Responsible for processing the payroll on time ensuring payroll software has been updated with all relevant changes
• Supporting the process to ensure all new starters, leavers and promotions are processed accurately and in a timely manner

• Support the implementation, maintenance and continuous improvement of IT compliance and governance frameworks in line with regulatory requirements (e.g. DORA, ISO 27001)
• Monitor compliance with internal IT policies, procedures and external regulatory requirements (e.g. BaFin expectations)

• Handling chargebacks, refunds, internal tickets for B2C eCommerce shops
• Coordinating and communicating with internal and external stakeholders on B2C eCommerce related topics
• Monitoring fraud trends and applying appropriate countermeasures across different B2C eCommerce stores

Building strong relationships with Fortune 100 customers, taking ownership of elements of the technical discovery process, and identifying growth opportunities....

• Working with datasets, including macroeconomic, microeconomic data and high-frequency financial data
• Contributing to the development, maintenance, and improvement of the team‘s data infrastructure and econometric models, including the management tools and dashboards.

• Support the Project Management Office (PMO) in structuring and maintaining project governance artifacts (e.g. plans, reports, templates)
• Prepare and maintain status reports, dashboards, and meeting documentation (e.g. minutes, action tracking)

Independently troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ERP and integrated applications, escalating to other IT teams as infrastructure or networking, or third-party vendors when necessary....

• You prepare meetings, agendas, presentations, briefing documents, reports and follow-up materials for leadership, HR, Legal, board-related and management meetings.
• You support the preparation and coordination of HR- and Legal-related processes, projects and recurring governance topics.

• Coordinate all Document Control related activities and ensure the team is implementing the applicable procedures
• Develop and maintain operational procedures related to documentation management
