• Independent management and complex onboarding of international large corporate clients
• Development of insurance concepts, tender comparisons and presentations
• Advising our large corporate clients on all aspects of employee benefits and wellbeing topics

• Visiting potential/existing customers and generating enquiries through professional sales techniques using a consultative approach to get to customer concepts and demonstrating the unique strengths of working with HBK
• Using appropriate hardware, information and materials

• Develop and execute comprehensive pricing strategies for Intra-Europe trade, including short-term guidelines, tender strategies, and long-term pricing frameworks
• Drive commercial direction setting to maximize profitability through optimized cargo mix and enhanced asset utilization

• You support project management activities, including maintaining project timelines and following up on action items.
• You prepare, support, and follow up on internal and external meetings, including the creation of presentation templates and documentation.
