• Develop and manage the Hungarian market with a strong focus on new business acquisition
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with newly established customers

• Prepare accurate service estimates and quotations
• Create, update, and manage detailed job cards and service documentation
• Schedule service and maintenance jobs in coordination with technicians
• Maintain service records, warranty documentation, and compliance paperwork

• Define and monitor the annual maintenance plan in collaboration with Plant Operations (inspections, interventions, operational checks).
• Oversee planning, scheduling, supervision, work close‑out, and the preparation of technical and economic reports.

• Implement HSE methodologies in line with company standards to protect employees, assets, the environment, and public safety.
• Manage and update all site‑related HSE documentation, including analyses and technical annexes required by company procedures.

• Collaborate with the Board, WW ICT Director, and Country Manager to define ICT strategies and future development plans
• Define application and software evolution, maintenance, and upgrade roadmaps in line with business needs and budget

• Programming, operating and setting up CNC machines.
• Machining metal parts based on technical drawings.
• Quality control of manufactured parts and making corrections if necessary.
• Regular maintenance and cleaning of the machines.
• Compliance with safety regulations during work.
