• Own and govern a global portfolio of ~400 IT supplier contracts
• Lead contract lifecycle management: drafting, negotiation, renewal, termination, and compliance
• Ensure contracts align with corporate policies, risk appetite, and regulatory requirements (e.g., data protection, security, audit rights)

• Define and drive Brenntag's principal management strategy in alignment with corporate and regional priorities.
• Build and maintain senior-level strategic partnerships with key global and regional principals.
• Lead supplier onboarding, portfolio governance, and commercial frameworks.

• Communicate and coordinate efforts with team members, both contractor and client, throughout Agile development process.
• Works alongside project/team leaders regarding solution design, process and/or approaches.
• Ability to apply technical principles, theories, and concepts.

• Design and optimize PCM-based thermal storage systems for heat pump applications (temperature levels,sizing, operating strategies)
• Perform thermodynamic modelling and system-level simulations
• Develop and optimize heat transfer and system integration concepts

• Define and improve the go-to-market plans, offerings, and value propositions.
• Drive sales and pipeline, win new deals with existing and new customers

• Lead, coach, and inspire a global team of Programme Managers - fostering collaboration, accountability, and continuous development
• Oversee customer account allocation and ensure balanced workload distribution and high-quality delivery across the team

• Administer the Palantir Foundry platform, managing the security model including Spaces, Organizations, User Groups, and Markings
• Implement and oversee data governance practices and ensure compliance
