• Oversee and manage all Food & Beverage operations across restaurants, bar, breakfast, room service, and events/banqueting.
• Ensure consistent delivery of luxury service standards and exceptional guest experience in line with LQA requirements.

• Manage all reservation channels (PMS, IBE, GDS, OTAs, email, phone, wholesalers, corporate and group requests).
• Ensure response time standards and high reservation accuracy.
• Maintain PMS integrity, rate codes, availability, deposits, and billing instructions.
