• Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of business areas, its products, and supporting functions
• Assist in every step of an audit, including documentation, across scoping, planning, fieldwork and reporting

• Design and oversee the reconciliation framework between the CBS, the ERP, and external reporting tools.
• Identify manual intervention points in the reconciliation flow and lead the implementation of automated matching engines and reconciliation software.

• Assess the effectiveness of internal controls, risk management, and governance processes.
• Prepare detailed audit reports with findings, recommendations, and management responses.

• Alignment of opening balance sheets
• Integration into monthly reporting, forecasting, and budgeting structures

• Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls across all business areas
• Execute audit plans tailored to the local DACH organisation
• Conduct comprehensive risk assessments to identify potential threats to the organisation

• Lead and manage the Business Internal Audit team, ensuring high-quality audit execution and fostering continuous team development.
• Collaborate closely with other audit teams and coordinate joint audits across functions to ensure a holistic audit approach.
