• Lead the end-to-end preparation and filing of annual Statutory Financial Statements in accordance with local German GAAP and US-GAAP.
• Participate in monthly and quarterly closing processes, as well as SOX compliance - testing and maintaining internal control environments.

• Posting business transactions, reconciling accounts, and preparing monthly and annual financial statements.
• Processing incoming and outgoing invoices and support the team in day-to-day operations, such as preparing analyses and reports and resolving open items.

• Analyze and evaluate complex VAT issues across multiple jurisdictions
• Coordinate and monitor timely VAT filings throughout Europe
• Conduct regular reconciliations of German VAT accounts
• Prepare monthly VAT advance returns and annual VAT declarations for Germany
