Principal responsibility for this position is to supervise all corporate ledgers in the zone developing a detailed understanding of the corporate ledgers and acting as point of contact for all matters....

• Playing a key role in the implementation and ongoing optimization of the ERP system
• Close collaboration with operational and regional teams (Spanish and Italian colleagues)
• Active participation in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes; posting accruals and provisions

• Daily processing of GL/AP/AR transactions (with main focus on GL)
• Reconciliation of balance and nominal accounts. All deviations should be verified and explained
• Month-end closing for the chosen entity, reporting and verification of balance and turnover

• Review and verification of invoices for relevant documentation and approval before payment, formal and accounting verification of purchase invoices
• Independent and correct registration of purchase invoices in the books with the use of IT accounting systems
