Participate in the preparation of annual local statutory reporting of the Swiss legal entities....

• Manage end-to-end Accounts Receivable activities, including billing, invoicing, collections, and account reconciliations.
• Prepare journals, post transactions in SAP, and validate financial data.
• Monitor and follow up on outstanding customer payments.

• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities for French and Tunisian entities.
• Prepare journal entries, prepayments, payroll accounting entries, and accrual schedules.
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations and maintain supporting documentation.

• Review, analyse and process high volume invoices with accuracy.
• Manage a portfolio of vendor accounts and keep them reconciled and cleared.
• Perform daily/weekly invoice postings and related monthly reconciliation – follow and adapt to the monthly business rhythm of the team.

• Preparation and review of statutory financial statements under Dutch and Belgian GAAP.
• IFRS to Local GAAP reconciliations and statutory adjustment accounting.
• Support of external statutory audits, including preparation of audit schedules and supporting documentation.

• Preparing and organizing client documentation for accounting and financial processes.
• Recording accounting transactions (AP, AR, bank, cash, payroll, fixed assets).
• Supporting monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes.
• Participating in year-end closing and assisting with related reporting tasks.

• Support AP invoice booking and invoice resolution
• Managing and executing regular reporting tasks
• Working together closely with the Accounts Payable department

• Calculating and posting business transactions
• Processing invoices with PO and Non-PO
• Verifying financial data for maintaining accounts payable records
• Reviewing invoices and requisitions for payment approval
• Ensuring quality of accounts payable processes

• Review and process invoices along with providing the resolutions
• Review and validate basic essentials of valid invoice like supplier details, PO, bank account, invoice number, invoice date
• Release the invoices for payment timely and accurately

• Roll-out global template solutions for the area of Finance/ Tax including solution documentation and implementation
• Test management
• Business process operations including integrated training management
• Evaluation of local GAP and design localization extension for the global template
