• Kapcsolattartás üzleteinkkel, társosztályokkal, bankokkal, könyvvizsgálóval

• Manage vendor accounts and maintain accurate internal financial records
• Process and book incoming and outgoing invoices
• Prepare payment proposals and monitor payment timelines
• Collaborate closely with internal departments, stakeholders, and external suppliers

• Drive the production of standard client collateral such as presentations, factsheets, and commentaries
• Take ownership of internal and external reporting by collating and analysing performance attribution, exposure, AUM and flows data

• Processing, reporting and booking invoices or other cost information from partners.
• Analyzing and controlling partner costs and partner statements; calculating licensee and agency fees.
• Issuing invoices / bills and credit notes to partners.

• Full execution of the accounting tasks for Helpers Hungary and Helpers Finance, Up-to-date Hungarian knowledge of taxation and accounting regulations (local GAAP)
• Payroll processing and related administrative tasks (optional, depending on the candidate’s experience),

• Dealing with customers’ accounts and keeping these fully reconciled
• Effective cash collection and monitoring of bad debt customers’ accounts
• Reporting promptly any customer disputes / issues to secure payments and follow the escalation path

• Responsible for the preparation and execution of all deal confirmations in the TMS ( Wallstreet FX) for a range of treasury trading financial products.
• Monitor and resolve exceptions in the TMS for i) automated confirmations matching and ii) manual confirmations matching

• Utilizes interpersonal and communication skills to lead, influence, and encourage others; advocates sound financial/business decision making; demonstrates honesty/integrity; leads by example.
• Participates in the employee performance appraisal process, providing feedback as needed.
