• participation in complex advisory projects in connection with special cross border transactions (e.g. transformations, acquisitions, etc.),

• Prepare monthly Settlements, Bilateral Deal positions, and end-of-period Deal True-ups in line with departmental priorities and timelines.
• Manage a portfolio of complex and large carriers, overseeing the resolution of billing and settlement disputes efficiently and collaboratively.

• Responsible for the preparation and execution of all deal confirmations in the TMS ( Wallstreet FX) for a range of treasury trading financial products.
• Monitor and resolve exceptions in the TMS for i) automated confirmations matching and ii) manual confirmations matching

• Monitor accounts / payment runs.
• Workflow user support / administration, whilst handling internal and external queries.
• Handle invoice processing, other special accounts, pre-payments with bank guarantee, insolvency, default interest, signatures for payment authorization

Carry out the quarter end/ month end close processes in a timely and accurate manner for complex or difficult accounting areas requiring extensive experience in order to ensure the correct reporting and accounting treatment....

• Deliver day-to-day accounting and other finance tasks related to accounts payable.
• Handle reclaims & corrections.
• Participate in AP closing and periodical activities.

Consolidate TCC reports on Europe level focusing on standardization, simplification and automation...

• Inventory Management Fixed Asset Accounting (w/o capitalization).
• Processing of disposals incl. preparation of disposal journals.
• Ensuring proper accounting treatment, particularly with regard to fixed assets management in SL, GL.
