• Prepare workbooks & GAAP to Stat directed by EMEA statutory portfolio manager.
• Create the Thomson Reuters (TR) templates and manage the annual creation of financial statements using TR.
• Support the data gathering for US and Statutory audit of a portfolio of entities.

Carry out the quarter end/ month end close processes in a timely and accurate manner in order to ensure the correct reporting and accounting treatment...

• Perform monthly settlement of all active projects.
• Ensure revenue and cost are recognized according to internal accounting policies and project milestones.
• Ensure accurate posting of project costs, accruals, and revenue adjustments.
• Reconcile all project related P&L and balance sheet accounts.

• Posting standard and non-standard Journal entries.
• Process various calculations and journal entries including accruals in compliance with company standards and met the quality and timely expectations.
• Prepare Journal Entry items for further approval.

Carry out the quarter end/ month end close processes in a timely and accurate manner for complex or difficult accounting areas requiring extensive experience in order to ensure the correct reporting and accounting treatment....

• At transition stage be responsible for reviewing current workbooks & standardizing G2S adjustments to best practice that will be set out.
• Directly manage a local support team that will prepare the standard workbooks & TR financial statements & will manage and deliver data requests.

• Local trial balance mapping to US GAAP and related SAP uploads
• Implementation of US GAAP standards across subsidiaries
• Supporting the month-end close process and the financial analysis of the results
• Account reconciliation support and process improvements
