• Perform accounting processes in scope for the respective country and/or region like month end, reconciliations, fixed assets accounting etc.
• Regular engagement with country teams and shared services on inputs and outputs for the completion of common processes

• Process and validate PO based and direct invoices and payment requests, manage and run payments
• Manage vendor accounts
• Audit, report and support AP invoice resolution
• Handle affiliate’s internal invoice queries

• Perform end-to-end General Ledger accounting activities under IFRS
• Ensure compliance of bookings with accounting principles, internal and external regulations
• Support monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing processes for our Swiss headquarter

• Manage, reconcile, and analyze customer accounts across multiple international markets
• Book non-inventory related corrections
• Perform cash collection activities and actively manage outstanding receivables
• Communicate with customers and internal stakeholders to resolve payment and account-related issues

• Processing General Ledger bookings and other local requests
• Clearing customer and General Ledger accounts
• Contributing to month-end closing tasks
• Providing help to other team members in need of assistance due to workload

• Support AP invoice booking and invoice resolution
• Managing and executing regular reporting tasks
• Work together closely with the Accounts Payable department
