• Weekly coordination of short and medium-term pricing activities depending on the current market situation with the stakeholders from other teams
• Differentiation of the price strategy per category and country based on individual challenges

• Standards & Process Excellence:
• Develop, harmonize, and implement KWS-wide guidelines and standards for production controlling, and continuously improve controlling processes in close collaboration with relevant business function
• Product Costing & Planning:

• Lead performance analysis by identifying key trends, risks, and opportunities based on large and complex data sets.
• Translate financial and business questions into structured data-driven analyses and scenario models.

• Create and enhance monthly reports for top management, parent company, project managers and business departments, including clear and insightful analyses
• Take full responsibility for uploading budgets into financial systems and actively contribute throughout the entire budgeting process

• Coordinating, consolidating, and analyzing EMEA-wide financial results (Actuals, Forecast, Budget)
• Preparing management-ready financial reports and commenting on P&L developments, key drivers, deviations, and trends

• Own regional pricing activities on your selected geographical region in line with global EAS strategies and local market needs.
• Benchmark competitor and market pricing, use insights to refine proposals, and ensure deals are both competitive and profitable.

• Prepare accruals, including advertising and promotion activities and invoice-to-net items.
• Analyse sales, margin and overhead reports to support month-end review.
