• Support planning, forecasting, and reporting processes withing Group Upstream Finance organization.
• Understanding business needs and preparing meaningful analysis with a view of optimizing business’s profitability.

• Create and maintain a comprehensive inventory of critical information security risks across MOL Group.
• Lead the planning and execution of external audits related to information security and IT compliance.
• Act as the primary liaison with external auditors.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, or Finance.
• 5–10 years of experience in financial statement reporting and journal preparation.
• Deep understanding of financial accounting principles, with solid knowledge of international reporting standards such as US GAAP or IFRS.
