• Support special pricing setup
• Assist with administrative updates in internal application (e.g. adding users, customers, materials)
• Help monitor daily system operations and data refresh processes from SAP
• Check system reports and email notifications to confirm successful data loads

• Create and maintain a comprehensive inventory of critical information security risks across MOL Group.
• Lead the planning and execution of external audits related to information security and IT compliance.
• Act as the primary liaison with external auditors.

• Support the Budapest based team with data management activities
• Be involved in various different tax reporting processes
• Prepare certain documents and send those to various stakeholders
• Provide support with tax documentation and document collection

• Ensure timely collection of payments (through various processes, direct debits, unit redemption etc)
• Negotiate with clients/Client relationship managers in non-payment cases
• Ensure high-quality collection procedures, rebate processing that comply with regulations and SOX controls

• Assists (under supervision and direction) with the design and implementation of Reference Data projects
• Perform certain deal lifecycle maintenance services in a timely and accurate manner
• Under supervision, may manage an activity at the team level within established guidelines and standards
