• A feladatkör fő fókusza a javadalmazási rendszerek működtetése és a folyamatok végrehajtása és ellenőrzése;
• az éves központi és egyéb területi bérfejlesztések előkészítésében történő közreműködés, a folyamat végrehajtásának csoportszintű irányítása,

• Create and maintain a comprehensive inventory of critical information security risks across MOL Group.
• Lead the planning and execution of external audits related to information security and IT compliance.
• Act as the primary liaison with external auditors.

• Participating in the preparation of management reports on business units’ financial performance, market position, sales and pricing activities, and opex and capex spending
• Preparing strategic and financial plans
• Maintaining efficient cooperation with finance teams and business units

Financial Reporting Accuracy: Prepare and validate P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statements, ensuring data integrity and clear documentation of key movements....

• Perform monthly closing activities mostly for Hungary and for other foreign entities (checking the trial balances, reporting in SAP,, profit/cost centre allocation)
• Reporting: accounting and business
• Balance sheet reconciliations
• Intercompany reconciliations

You will become a member of the international IT Finance team and follow/replace the current System Owner of the module SAP Controlling (CO)....

• Daily financial operations: Managing invoices, analyzing financial transactions, and streamlining internal financial processes.
• Forecasting support: Contributing to financial forecasting through coordination, planning, and system optimization.
