- Have responsibility for project related work primarily for a Legal Entity restructuring initiatives / financial metrics forecasting including Balance Sheet, Leverage Exposure and RWA - Contribute to the Loan approval and Large Transaction Approval Processes - Involvement in ICAAP and its impact...

• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop financial plans and forecasts
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators to track commercial success

Reporting on Financial and non Financial KPIs, tailored to your area of Business, to a variety of stakeholders (Management Team, Utimaco Management Meeting, Board, Banks, Investors, Senior Operational Managers)...

• Ensuring the integrity and accuracy of financial data, including in-depth analysis of inventory and fixed assets.
• Performing monthly bank reconciliations, preparing cash flow reports, developing cash flow forecasts, and identifying cash optimization opportunities.

• Prepare accruals, including advertising and promotion activities and invoice-to-net items.
• Analyse sales, margin and overhead reports to support month-end review.
• Support budgeting and monthly forecasting with the Finance Manager.
• Monitor variances throughout the year and highlight corrective actions.
