• Prepare detailed expense plans for controller review
• Monitor monthly closings and business planning timelines
• Perform version control and ensure data consistency across reporting tools
• Track budget submissions and process cost center updates

• Ensure timely collection of payments (through various processes, direct debits, unit redemption etc)
• Negotiate with clients/Client relationship managers in non-payment cases
• Ensure high-quality collection procedures, rebate processing that comply with regulations and SOX controls

• Registering AP invoices, communicating with internal and external stakeholders
• Support employee expense process
• Preparing and registering payments
• Processing bank payments/refunds, creating AP manual journals entries as appropriate in NetSuite ERP system
