Create and continuously enhance the Sales and Production Controlling for the Budapest site in close cooperation with Group Controlling, supporting our digitalization efforts....

• Support the development and implementation of the financial strategy for the group and its subsidiaries.
• Analyze financial processes, prepare managerial reports, and provide actionable recommendations.
• Conduct profitability calculations, pre- and post-cost analyses, and prepare forecasts.

• Ensure timely collection of payments (through various processes, direct debits, unit redemption etc)
• Negotiate with clients/Client relationship managers in non-payment cases
• Ensure high-quality collection procedures, rebate processing that comply with regulations and SOX controls

• Produce timely and reliable monthly management reporting files based on input from the assigned business unit.
• Identify and investigate variances against benchmarks, provide analysis of differences, and explore potential problems with non-financial department heads/business units.

• Oversee multiple small to mid-sized programs across SBU.
• Support Business Case activities from intake to SOP including, but not limited to:
• Contribute to financial reviews with CAM Lead and CG Leads.
• Support customer claim activities, monitor and drive actions, and validate completeness.

• Drive pricing strategies, customer investments, and market development initiatives
• Lead sales and pricing budget planning, consolidation, and presentation
• Take financial ownership in negotiations with key distribution partners
• Monitor and control marketing and trade budgets to maximize ROI
