• Supporting the operation of the day-to-day Trading Settlements process

• Ensure timely collection of payments (through various processes, direct debits, unit redemption etc)
• Negotiate with clients/Client relationship managers in non-payment cases
• Ensure high-quality collection procedures, rebate processing that comply with regulations and SOX controls

• Registering AP invoices, communicating with internal and external stakeholders
• Support employee expense process
• Preparing and registering payments
• Processing bank payments/refunds, creating AP manual journals entries as appropriate in NetSuite ERP system

• Act as a financial consultant for Key Account Managers. Prepare them for major negotiations with data-driven insights and "what-if" scenario modeling.
• Deep-dive into discounts and identify what’s driving growth, what’s leaking margin, and how to optimize trade spend.

• Hands-on Controlling: Work actively in Controlling & Finance and gain a comprehensive understanding of financial processes.
• Keeping track of the numbers: Support analyses, evaluations, and reporting to provide solid decision-making foundations.

Collaborate with the Supply Chain team, manufacturing site leadership, and European Finance team to ensure ownership and accountability of financial performance, while identifying process improvement and cost reduction opportunities across the full P&L and Balance Sheet statements....
