• Monitor data across the firm using Aladdin’s Thresholds Reporting System
• Investigate data and prepare accurate reports (e.g., Major Shareholding, Net Short Selling, Takeover Panel) to regulators and companies within prescribed timelines

• Maintaining data in SAP
• Coding and processing items in Coupa system
• Reporting on relevant financial developments and KPI’s
• Checking and processing incoming requests via e-mail
• Perform data entry tasks

• Supporting the operation of the day-to-day Trading Settlements process
• Accurate and timely recording of all AP transactions
• Raising and issuing 3rd Party AR invoices in line with highly variable contractual due dates
• Confirming incoming cash and consolidating to daily cash forecast within tolerance

• Support the Legal Operations team within Legal and Compliance with reporting
• Vendor onboarding, strategic projects
• Third party implementations and process enhancements
• In contact with external vendors
• Helping with budget calculations

• Support the Product team with product intelligence activities - maintenance of innovation dashboard, provide new fund launch reporting, BAU pipeline reporting
• Prepare meeting materials and documentation for iShares product prioritisation committee

• Supporting European Fleet business and Commercial Optimization team in the customer acquisition process
• Contributing to the implementation of the go-to-market strategies and process operating tasks

Being part of the Record to Report department making sure all the assigned tasks of the job are managed in time with quality, continuously striving to achieve customer satisfaction (ad-hoc and recurring accounting requests)...

• Support accounting and reporting activities
• Ensure consistent application of accounting policies and internal controls
• Maintain the accuracy and reliability of financial data
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports and accounting entries
• Support financial systems and accounting process operations

• Registering AP invoices, communicating with internal and external stakeholders
• Support employee expense process
• Preparing and registering payments
• Processing bank payments/refunds, creating AP manual journals entries as appropriate in NetSuite ERP system
