• Support in budgeting and forecasts
• Data analysis and reporting
• Cost center and profit analysis
• Maintenance of controlling tools and databases
• Participation in projects

• Build a consistent COGS view across German business units (materials, packaging, production, logistics)
• Analyze cost deviations vs. Budget / Forecast / Previous Year and identify key cost drivers
• Challenge Operations and BU leads on cost development and support performance improvement initiatives

• Being part of our Finance & Controlling Applications Team in an international IT set-up
• Consulting and Management of Stakeholders as a primary contact to drive FI & CO applications
• Demand Management to understand business needs and derive IT solution requirements

• Lead performance analysis by identifying key trends, risks, and opportunities based on large and complex data sets.
• Translate financial and business questions into structured data-driven analyses and scenario models.

• Standards & Process Excellence:
• Develop, harmonize, and implement KWS-wide guidelines and standards for production controlling, and continuously improve controlling processes in close collaboration with relevant business function
• Product Costing & Planning:

• Support in monitoring and managing the value creation of digital projects
• Participation in the preparation and preparation of reports, analyses and presentations
• Maintenance of data sets and design of analysis software for digital projects (e.g. Microsoft PowerBI)

• Your Program starts at our headquarters (Grafschaft, Germany) and includes two six-month international assignments in Spain and France to gain global experience
• Central areas such as Accounting & Tax, Commercial Controlling, and/or Operations Controlling will be covered in depth

• You provide functional and disciplinary leadership to the Group Controlling team (currently 4 direct reports).
• You lead, manage, and execute the internal planning and budgeting processes across our five operating entities.

• You conduct target-actual comparisons and deviation analyses to ensure the monitoring of company performance.
• You support the department in the preparation of reports for management and act as a reliable point of contact for queries.

• Act as the primary FP&A business partner for assigned business units and functions, supporting strategic and operational decision-making.
• Provide forward-looking insights, scenario analysis, and business cases to enable high-quality management decisions.
