• Build a consistent COGS view across German business units (materials, packaging, production, logistics)
• Analyze cost deviations vs. Budget / Forecast / Previous Year and identify key cost drivers
• Challenge Operations and BU leads on cost development and support performance improvement initiatives

• Standards & Process Excellence:
• Develop, harmonize, and implement KWS-wide guidelines and standards for production controlling, and continuously improve controlling processes in close collaboration with relevant business function
• Product Costing & Planning:

• Lead performance analysis by identifying key trends, risks, and opportunities based on large and complex data sets.
• Translate financial and business questions into structured data-driven analyses and scenario models.

• Support the controlling function for the sales region MEA & CIS; occasional support for the accounting department might take place as needed
• Prepare management reports and further develop reporting tools
• Conduct performance analyses (actual vs. budget)

• Leading and executing audits in the areas of Investment, Risk, and Finance – both nationally and internationally
• Analyzing complex processes related to asset management, risk management, controlling, financial reporting, and internal control systems
