• Continuously define and evolve our brand strategy (corporate and global products), architecture, and positioning
• Ensure compliance with brand guidelines, CI/CD standards, and design principles across all markets and functions and act as the central point of contact for strategic brand questions

• Develop and implement a coherent internal communication strategy (including governance, guidelines, and formats) that supports our corporate strategy, culture, and transformation.
• Support the introduction and continuous improvement of internal communication channels, such as our global employee app.

• Support marketing and visual content creation across all channels (websites, e-stores, social media, trade marketing) for the European market
• Support national launch events, listening sessions and trade fair activities (including onsite support)
