• Development and implement the Digital and Automation manufacture solution;
• Experience on NPI and mass production for Network, Wireless or IT Server product;
• Design for Process control and quality, efficiency, cost and process improvement
• EMS manufacturing partner factory on-site technical support;

• Review, analyze, recommend, and implement pricing for quotes and contracts.
• Execute pricing to local/ global customers and channel partners based on global price strategies and guidelines.
• Acts as an escalation point and work within the approval guidelines to escalate and resolve price escalations.

• Define and execute commodity strategy;
• Working with project, sending the RFQ to the suppliers and finalize the supplier and price;
• Annual price negotiation;
• Support logistics for material shortage where needed;
• Support SQE for supplier claim when needed;
• Supplier lifetime management;
• Other assigned tasks.

• Ensuring that all bookkeeping activities are completed in time, accurately and according to statutory regulations and internal month-end procedure;
• Being directly involved in the Statutory Reporting function, liaising with State Bodies to ensure compliance with latest relevant legislation;

• Lead, coach, motivate and develop the Customer Service Team to ensure high performance and engagement
• Oversee daily operations and workload planning, ensuring timely handling of inquiries, orders, complaints and escalations
