• Support the Production Manager in the overall management of production operations and strategy;
• Ensure stable production performance, focusing on batch consistency, yield rate, and electrochemical performance;
• Monitor and improve production KPIs (efficiency, scrap rate, cost, quality);

• Develop and implement maintenance strategies, including annual and operational plans;
