• Coordinate the cross divisional response to EMEA and Asia regulatory requirements on the management of Climate and Nature risks, including overseeing action plans and assessments of new regulations
• Draft and develop governance materials and risk framework documentation

Identify, assess and monitor compliance risks related to existing and planned business activities, including new products, new business lines and cross-border operations....

• Support in all operational and strategic risk management and risk controlling tasks
• Participation in the timely preparation of monthly and quarterly reports within the framework of ICAAP
• Ad-hoc evaluations and data analyses

• Daily monitoring of capital measures such as VaR, stressed VaR and IRC as well as monthly / weekly SBM measures.
• Contribution to the Risk Identification process and regular reviews of portfolio level limit utilisation (VaR, group level limits, Banking Book exposures, Climate Risk).

• Support the (risk) model calibration and validation (IFRS 9 impairment, economic capital and pricing) for several DTFS markets, including the preparation of results for approval by the respective committee
• Run the monthly calculation and reporting process of economic capital and acquisition quality

• Assess the effectiveness of internal controls, risk management, and governance processes.
• Prepare detailed audit reports with findings, recommendations, and management responses.

• Support the organisation in strengthening risk awareness and internal controls.
• Contribute to the enhancement of our governance framework and our journey towards ECB supervision.
• Support the implementation of the revised Group Risk Architecture, including gap assessments and action plans.
