• Develop and implement a forward‑looking sourcing, procurement, and supplier management strategy.
• Establish and maintain a robust Outsourcing & Third‑Party Risk Management (TPRM) framework.
• Oversee the bank's outsourcing register and ensure fully regulatory reporting.

Build impactful dashboards: You support the development and maintenance of dashboards using SQL and Python in Snowflake and Streamlit, enabling data-driven decisions across the business....

• Further development of a modern reinsurance technical accounting structure of Talanx AG cedents with special focus on Latin America
• Verification and balancing of reinsurance data in order to process statements of accounts

• Underwriting Supervision: Lead and develop a small team of Underwriters, effectively prioritising and organising work to maximise opportunities and deliver business results.
• Ensure continuous improvement and empowerment of direct reports and self by developing and executing on development plans.

• Coordinate the cross divisional response to EMEA and Asia regulatory requirements on the management of Climate and Nature risks, including overseeing action plans and assessments of new regulations
• Draft and develop governance materials and risk framework documentation

• Be a part of the bank's risk function (2nd Line of Defense), reporting to the Senior Lead of Group Data Governance Strategy within the CISO team
• Collaborate with all the CISO teams to align training with the latest security risks, emerging regulations, and organizational objectives.
