• Serve as a subject matter expert in clinical microbiology, demonstrating a deep understanding of laboratory procedures, protocols, and best practices.

• Coordinate and conduct Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) library preparation trainings of the Archer product lines at customer sites.
• Provide remote customer educations on library preparation and data analysis topics via video calls.

• Develop computer vision models to analyze surgical videos, including action recognition, instrument usage, and relevant interactions
• Build and annotate a suitable dataset in close collaboration with other project staff; develop annotation and quality-assurance tools

• Develop data schemas for the standardised exchange of medical research data
• Conceptualise and implement electronic data collection forms and advance existing processes for data collection and data curation

• Coordinate with wet laboratories, contract research organizations (CROs), and external collaborators to facilitate the transfer of imaging data and associated metadata.
• Ensure incoming datasets are delivered according to defined data formats, metadata standards, and project requirements.

• Provide direct line management for >10 CP Delivery Managers embedded across drug programs and AI/ML model development initiatives
