• Lead configuration, customization, and functional support for our global Salesforce platform.
• Troubleshoot issues and coordinate system upgrades and integrations (Oracle, Workday Adaptive, etc.).
• Ensure seamless user experience while collaborating with IT to strengthen data architecture.

• Develop and modernize .NET‑based MES components.
• Build integration with industrial systems (EBS, PI, LIMS, PLCs).
• Troubleshoot production issues and ensure system stability.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and modernization projects.

• Keep contact with contracted suppliers: request for quotations, answer their queries
• Place purchase orders in Oracle EBS system to suppliers, based on approved request
• Follow-up the delivery
• Communicate/contact suppliers via e-mail and phone
