• Customize global change strategies and plans to drive fast adoption and high utilization of new tools and ways of working in your location
• Deliver outcomes aligned with project plans
• Collaborate closely with Functional Change Leads and the global Organizational Development (OD) team

First rotation (8 months – Denmark): You will be assigned a strategically important project somewhere in the business, with less influence over your project in this initial phase....

• Assuming disciplinary and technical leadership responsibility for the local HR team and challenging and promoting the individual development of employees
• Working closely with HR senior management

• Develop and implement the internal communications program for the client to foster engagement and collaboration.
• Collaborate with site leadership to deliver impactful communications and prepare leaders for engagement events.
