Compliance Monitoring and Implementation: Assist in the development, implementation, and monitoring of compliance policies and procedures, particularly in relation to sales partners and trade activities...

• Incorporating investment vehicles mainly in Ireland, Luxembourg, the Cayman Islands, USA and other jurisdictions;
• Coordinating service level agreements and onboarding processes for all new investment structures with both internal and external service providers;

• Work closely with R&D and the IP team to support and protect technical inventions
• Monitor relevant technological developments, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to identify implications for ongoing IP work and portfolio development

• Support the Auditors Independence process, in particular, perform respective checks based on the list of approved audit and non-audit services
• Perform and support routine Capital Markets Compliance tasks, such as implementation and execution of Personal Account Dealing controls.
